Red Clover Lemonade

Ingredients:
3 cups Red Clover blooms
4 cups water
1 1/4 cups lemon juice
4 Tbsp honey

1. Boil the blooms in the water for 5-7 minutes.
2. Strain
3. Add lemon juice and honey to the remaining liquid.
4. Stir, then chill for two hours.
5. Serve over ice.
6. Enjoy!
